HOLDER/DATA CONTROLLER - We herewith inform you that your personal data shall be processed by Fondazione Guido Bernardini., having its registered office in Milano Italy , in Via Manfredo Camperio 11, as Holder of the Personal Data Processing.
PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING - Your data, including email, will be processed in order to send you the information you requested by completing the CONTACT US form. In the case of your specific consent, your data, including the email, may also be used for promotional purposes to send you advertising material, promotional brochure about courses or event organized by the Fondazione or where the Fondazione will attend (direct marketing). Failure to grant the consent will have as a sole consequence the failure to send our advertising material, promotional brochures, invitations to workshops or other events. The sending of promotional material will, however, take place if it has constituted the object of your request. Failure to provide consent for direct marketing purposes, however, will in no way affect the receipt of your request for information. Your data are also processed for the fulfillment of legal obligations and possibly for defensive needs or fulfillment of orders by the Public Authorities.
LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING - The legal basis of data processing is constituted by the pre-contractual purpose, by the legal obligations, and the legitimate interest constituted, in this case, by the defensive purpose (only hypothetical) or computer security. With respect to the treatment pursued by legitimate interest you can object for reasons related to your specific situation. The Holder/Data Controller, in the event of exercising the right to object, refrains from further processing personal data unless it proves the existence of binding legitimate reasons to proceed with the processing that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject; for the assessment, exercise or defense of a right in court.
The legal basis concerning the processing of data for direct marketing purposes is the consent that is always easily revocable by using the e-mail indicated below. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the previous processing performed by the Holder.
TRANSFER - Transfers to third parties and transfers to non-EU countries are excluded. Your data will not, under any circumstances, be the subject of dissemination.
DATA STORAGE - The data collected through this form will be kept for the period strictly necessary to fulfill your request.
In case of consent to the use of data for direct marketing purposes, your data including the email, may be used up to two years, except for the exercise of the right of opposition that you can always assert. By the principle of accountability for proof purposes, the documentation from which the consent appears, however, can be kept for up to ten years.
RIGHTS - To exercise the rights set forth under art. 15 to 22 of GDPR (access, correction, updating, opposition to treatment, rectification, integration, portability, limitation, etc.), you may contact the Holder by sending a communication to the office of the Fondazione, addressed to the Holder/Data Controller, or by using the e-mail address finance@fondazioneguidobernardini.org . You can also lodge a complaint before the Authority privacy at www.garanteprivacy.it .
