The course is focused on modern laboratory animal (mainly rodents) facilities and is designed to provide the participants with concepts of cleaning, decontamination and the main difference between disinfection, pasteurization, sanitization and sterilization. The discussion will be focused not only on the current state of the art solutions but also on the challenges and new possible solutions for cleansing and decontamination procedures.

CPD Credits:	The course awarded: 1 day of training / continuing education for Animal welfare officers, Study directors, Involved persons and Heads of Animal facility by Swiss Association of Cantonal Veterinarians (SACV) 10 CPD points by IAT Approved by the Royal Society of Biology for purposes of CPD, this event may be counted as 20 CPD points
